General Board / Linked Document Templates
« on: April 23, 2015, 01:00:13 am »
Hello
I have inherited a MDG technology project for which some Linked Document Templates are defined.
I can see these in the resources view listed under my technology under the Linked Document Templates
Now, some of these are adored with a red t  and some a green t
the ones in green i can edit, those in red i cannot
Further I have some that have a red and green entry
I need to edit one of the read only templates but cannot find out how to do it

Can anyone shed any light on this?
How did my predecessor  make it work?

thanks

Maggie

Hi
I have a package that contains a set of features that are realized by components in another package.
I can use the relationship matrix to show the realisations but what i want is something that tells me which features have not been realised.
Is there a way of showing this

Thanks

Maggie

General Board / SQL Help
« on: March 20, 2015, 09:22:16 pm »
Hello
I am no expert in SQL Queries but find the need to write a SQL Search and would appreciate some help

I want to select all elements within a specified package with type 'Feature'

Here is my first cut
Code: [Select]
SELECT t_object.Name, t_object.Status, t_object.Author FROM t_object WHERE t_object.Object_Type = 'Feature'

But this selects all model elements with type Feature

How can I restrict it to a given package

Thanks

Maggie

Hi
I have set up a local path called MY_ROOT in the Local Paths dialog.

How do I use this in code generation?

Thanks

Hi Qwerty

Thanks for your reply.
Here is what I am doing -
Change a diagram
Save the diagram
Open the Audit view
My diagram changes do not appear (other changes do)
Closing and reopening the model has no effect either.

Any other clues?

General Board / Audit View and diagrams

Hi
I have enabled Audit View in my project and set the Auditing Level to Extended and the Mode to Advanced.

If I have read the help correctly this should allow me to see changes made to diagrams, but if I change a diagram it is not shown in the Audit View.

Have I misunderstood something or  should I be able to see the changes in the Audit View

Thanks

Maggie
