Hi qwerty. My problem resides in the fact that my diagram is not in the same package as the one used to generate the document. For that reason I'm using a Custom SQL to retrieve it but I can't get the diagram image using this. Maybe I'm wrong. If I use the 'Diagram Image' Section on this fragment I'll get the diagram image that I need?

I'd like to see a function that could receive a diagramID as parameter and return it's image to the document being generated.

EA sometimes lacks in how we can format texts in element notes.
Would love to see a improved formatting capacity added to it.
Including rules, tables, indenting, etc.

As the subject says I would like to suggest EA to have better wireframing functions including:
- a built-in icon library or at least someway to categorize the images we add in the settings menu
- more intuitive ways to custmomize a control
- more controls and better controls

All examples I could find focus only on saving the diagram as a file.

Is it possible to use Custom SQL in Template fragments to return diagram images?
If not which options can we use? I'm kind of new to all of this document generation.
I've tried to read the documentation but couldn't find anything on this topic. Thanks!

I don't think 'loaded' is the right word for it. Sorry about that. The Add-in is Enabled and 'Load on Startup' is set.

Everytime I open EA I need to click on the 'Extension' menu, on my newly created menu item, let's say it's called 'Example' to open up it's window.
Just wanted to know if there's something that would open it's window automactically.

Everytime I open Enterprise Architect I need to use "Externsions -> Add In" menu so the Add In is loaded. The question is just if I can code anything into that Add In that will load it automatically. That's all.

I'm just asking if there's any programmatically way to auto load the AddIn or if the only way is loading it using the 'Extensions' menu.

I have a document template with a paragraph that uses 'heading3' style and a custom color as a background color.

The problem is that the template is ok but when I generate the document that same paragraph appears with a different background color.

Any idea?
