« on: March 25, 2004, 02:37:04 am »
Hallo,

does somebody know whether the current version of EA has improved features of the XML Schema Generation, like transformation of aggreagations and compositions or is it planned for an further stage?

Thanks!

Gerd

General Board / XML Schema out of a class diagram?
« on: March 02, 2004, 05:41:13 am »
Dear all,

I want to know, if there is a possibility of manipulating the rules, which were used for generating a XSD Schema out of an UML model.
Iím using EA Prof. 3.60.655.
The transformation seems also steered by the tagged values. Is there a possibility of defining such tagged values and their behaviour on the transformation?

If there is no such an opportunity, Iím seeking for the possibility to assign a style sheet as a post processor to the XMI files in a batch export.
I know that it is possible to assign a style sheet to a XMI file in a single file export, but I havenít found this option in the batch export.

Hallo everybody,

I've just installed EA 4.0 and discover that the XSD Generation has been improved.
The improvement relates the mapping of aggregations, compositions and the multiple inheritance.
It starts to get a very helpful feature of the EA.

Greetings
Gerd
