Title: Constraints 'inherited' via Realization

EA allows the rendering of inherited constraints via the Feature Visibility... [Ctrl+Shift+y] dialog.  However, if the [ ] Inherited Constraints checkbox is marked, constraints are inherited even if the arc is a Realization arc and not a Specialization/Generalization arc.
