Title: Controlled package check in problem

Hi,

Our team has experienced check in problem. Can someone help us to find the solution.

Program Version: 8.0
Edition: Corperation Edition

Project background:
1) SQLServer 2005 database is used to store the EA project
2) SVN (1.6.6) is used as the tools to control the packages in project
3) More then 20 members are using the EA project

Problem:
When check in a checked out control package, sometimes (very rare), EA notify the user that the controlled package has been updated by other user and asked the user to confirm. When the check in is done, many elements / diagrams are taken away from control package.
We checked the XML file in SVN, it is same as EA project in DB - many elements / diagrams are taken away from XML file compared with preview version.
What we can do is revert to the previous version of XML file and all modification is lost.

Can someone explain the reasion and help us to solve the problem?
