Hi,
We encounter a big problem on EA 10. EA lost data when a command refresh is executed.
I explain in details the problem.
Consider the following package in EA (every package in under VC) :
PackageA
- packageA1
- packageA2
- packageA3
Sometimes, when we click on a package, EA asks us to refresh the content. When we confirm, the content of each package is empty.
And if we verify in database, the content in database disappeared.
So, the current work lost. The only way to reload the packages is to run a check-out or get latest command.
I precise we don't have network or database problem. The database didn't restarted.
I give you our configuration :
EA 10
SVN
Mysql 5.1
10 users
