Hi,
with EA 6.1, I can generate code (Java); but yesterday, I've installed EA 6.5.797 and now, it's impossible to generate code.
I have this message "Internal application error". :(
someone can help me please....

You know this anyway ! Hopefully someone else will post something more helpful.
Go back to your old version and see if it's still OK. If not, you have some other issue that needs correcting.
Otherwise, reinstall the new version - if problem persists, return to old version and wait for Sparx to fix it ...

Also, try generating a different language type. Do you get the same fail?

I have the same fail with all languages.
More investigations :
If I use a connection with base oracle, I have this error;
but if the base oracle is exported in a .EAP connected to Oracle, I have no error.

You definitely need to report this to Sparx as a bug.
Please let us (and Sparx in your bug report!) know what version of Oracle you are using - and if it is 10g, whether it is the Express version.
Thanks,
David

Oracle9i Release 9.2.0.5.0 - Production
Other problem :
when we generate the documentation; we have sometime this message :
"
OraOLEDB[-2147217913]
ORA-01722: Invalid number
"

Thanks Ty,
I gather from the message that you are using the Oracle OLEDB driver. Have you by any chance installed a later version on your client workstations?
The reason I ask is that Oracle used to - I've not checked for quite some time - be very careful to make their newer drivers downward compatible. Thus, you could often solve connectivity problems by installing the client side connection software from a later version of Oracle.
[I doubt this would help here, but while you're waiting you might want to check, assuming your corporate policy would be tolerant of this.]
In the meantime I think you should report this as a bug to Sparx. Use the Bug Report page on the Registered User part of the Sparx site. If you cannot reach this page, from the EA main menu choose Help / On-line Resources / Bug Report Page.
David
PS: Please keep us posted on any results with Sparx, or solutions you find on your own.

According Sparx, this problem will be solved in the next patch ( 798 ).
They think that we had this fail because our model is large.
-
Any failure of the engine is a bug, regardless of the model size.
Thanks for getting this into Sparx' hot zone!
