Title: Failed to initialize JScript Engine

What are the requirements for JScript Engine installation?  I am only able to find Script Debugger for NT 4.0.  Is that the correct installer?  What might be the most recent package that would contain this?

Yes, the "Script Debugger for Windows NT 4.0 and Later" is what you need.

This component is typically installed as part of various other Microsoft applications such as Visual Studio or Microsoft Office.  It is not distributed as part of Enterprise Architect, but is available as a free download from Microsoft if it is not already installed on your system.
 
Please try download and install the Microsoft Script Debugger from the following page:

Please Note: Although the system requirements on this page does not list Windows 7 or Windows 8, we have had reports from other customers running Windows 7 telling us that installing it has resolved the problem in their cases.  We have also tested this ourselves on a Windows 7 64-bit system and confirmed that it to resolved the issue you describe.

Hi

I have exactly the same problem.

The download link provided however does not work anymore?

I have tried finding this on Google, but failed.

Any suggestions will be appreciated.

I have same problem here years later.  I downloaded latest debugger from WIndows 10 SDK (just the debugger only).  I am totally lost. Please help.
