When editing the element notes in the node editor, it is possible to define bullet poins with multiple levels, e.g.:
- Bullet level 1
- Bullet level 1
- Bullet level 2
- Bullet level 2
- Bullet level 1
When reloading the notes, all bullets are reset to level 1!!! This is really annoying because the complete defined hierarchy gets lost by this behaviour.

That how EA works.
If you want to have this changed best send in a feature request. (http://www.sparxsystems.com/support/feature_request.html)

Indeed, see
Notes enhancements (http://www.sparxsystems.com/cgi-bin/yabb/YaBB.cgi?num=1415750190/2#2)
notes naughtiness and nuisances (http://www.sparxsystems.com/cgi-bin/yabb/YaBB.cgi?num=1260999778/2#2)
and is likely to keep working that way
-
This just unbelievable and disappointing at the same time. These (to be honest: unacceptable) limitations of the note editor keep us from from using EA for more intensive (Word-) document generation - and thus from more intensive usage at all.

Keep sending change requests to Sparx. We have to let them know what we want and how many people want it.

I don't see to post any topic of this forum as a feature request, because I hope - or even expect - that the Sparx guys regularly take a look in their user forums. Otherwise we would have to state that they have completely lost the contact to their user community...
-
They won't officially take this posts into account, which has been regularly pointed out by Sparx employees on this forum.
If you want something changed you'll have to send in a feature request.

Remember: this is a user forum courtesy of Sparx. Sparx employees also read this forum. But only very, very few topics from here find a direct way into the holy grail. If you want a change then send an official feature request. Ask your friends to do so and also friends of friends. Even better ask some trainers to do the same.
That might even not be enough. See skiwi's various lists.

Also, don't forget to ask your Sparx Training partners and Consultancies to submit the same feature request otherwise there's almost no chance your request will be actioned.

Maybe https://www.sparx.org.nz/ would help

But your feature request can (and should) refer to a forum discussion, and to emphasis Geert's point, do send in a feature request.

That's an interesting link - not available to anyone outside New Zealand !

lol - I knew that Sparx was somehow related to Myst. E.g. moving the menus each release is indeed some kind of riddle. Which ctrl-alt-click is needed to this and that? Where is the option to... etc.
