Title: Linking resources to model elements

I see in the help docs that one is able to link resources to model elements, but I cannot figure out how to do this and didn't see any more details in the help docs.  Could someone tell me how to do this (or point me to where it is described in the docs)?

This is done by right-clicking on the element and shoosing an option under the 'Project Management' sub-menu.
The 'Project Information...' Option brings up a dialog for entering Resource Allocation, Effort, Risks and Metrics.
