Title: fork of control in sequence diagram
Post by: troy on October 12, 2002, 08:04:45 pm
Hi,

I've got constraints in sequence diagrams, but how do I create a fork of control so that I now have a separte path so that I can have several messages now occuring on the new fork all due to the initial constraint ???

I believe it is standard UML for sequence diagrams (at least in my UML in 24 hours book)

Thanks

troy

Tryo,

A Branch with Previous Message option appears in the context menu of the (second, third, ...) message.  Selecting this will make a fork/branch.

Let us know if this is not the answer you are looking for.

Hi Troy.

See also the thread on looping in sequence diagrams, started on July 26:
