Title: Printing Problems

Hi,

I am using the 616 evaluation version on Windows XP. I have a HP 2200dn printer which is Lan based.

When I try to print a diagram it seems to print ok but when I look at the print queue it is marked as Error. I have changed numerous settings and also tried alternative diagrams but they all error.

Is this a know issue? Is there a fix/workaround?

I hate to bump this but I must know if this is a known problem or something specific to my setup.

I too print to network printer, but have never had (or noticed) this issue.  Do you have to manually delete the print job from the queue?

Usually no.

The EA print job is being marked as error, prior to any attempt to print it seems. I then have to delete the job to get it out of the queue.
