I would like to have a model of the C#/ .NET classes build into microsoft library. I would like to use it as a base when I start a new project.

It would be nice to have all the .Net classes available as base classes.

What would also be really nice would be the ability to create new classes by aggregating classes, even sealed classes, and creating a wrapper to expose their methods. For sealed classes, it would provide a way to mimic inheritance. At this point, I do not wish to engage in a discussion about the potential issues with this; it would just be a nice option for certain situations.
