Title: Merging

We are currently trying to "merge" two model files (.eap files) into one model file using the export/import facility in EA.  - this was not successful. Many of the elements were missing in the diagrams. I understand there could be a problem of duplicate IDs. How then can we use EA to manage our models as we need to have seperate  development and a test environements where parts of the development model are merged into the production model as projects are completed.  Any suggestions?

I'd say take a look at "controlled packages" in EA's help file.
