Title: Can't resize a package icon

I created an Activity diagram in the Formal Requirements section of my model, representing the user interface flow of my web application. The application has 3 pages, and the flow for each page is contained in a separate sub-package.

When I drag and drop the package of the pages on the activity diagram, I cannot reduce its size beyond the space needed to display all public elements of the package. This occurs even if I hide all elements (public and others).

Is this normal behavior or should I be able to reduce the size of the package?

Thanks for any input you can provide on this issue.
