Are there any considerations on creating a download area for EA-Plugins?
Now that there' a working example for Delphi, I intend to convert the SQL-Server addin I once developed for Modelmaker to EA. The plugin displays the text of stored procedures selected in the model and also allows for importing table, procedures, functions (could be extended to more since it uses SQL DMO).

Maybe someone else can provide webspace? I really wonder - considering the large userbase of EA - that nothing has happened yet. ???

Hi,
I could certainly arrange for a webspace, I could even have a SharePoint site setup. I can't provide a CVS server though.
Any interest in having an "EA User Group" :-) web space setup, with a SharePoint for easy posting of add-ins etc?

Although this should have been arranged by Sparx already :(

I am happy letting Sparx spend their time making us happy with the enhancements to EA all the time :-)
I am setting it up, it will be ready by Monday!

Should you perhaps include a statement to the effect "all submissions are copyright of the original poster, no submission may be used as part of a commercial product without the express permission of the copyright holder ... use of this facility implies acceptance of these terms" - or similar (or better!)
It's probably this kind of thing that held Sparx back from setting up a sharing forum - irritating to have to do it, but worth putting the thought in, in the long run.
Just because something's "free" doesn't mean you don't have to look after it.
