Title: Get Latest not available for checked in packages

I've set up our project in EA with CVS but the Get Latest menu is never enabled; not even when the package is checked in. We use EA 4.51.751.

I'm using SourceSafe, but can't seem to find the "Get Latest" checkbox either. It seems to have been replaced by "All Models are private" ???
