Title: Creating new Style
Post by: bgoring on June 03, 2005, 08:17:15 am
I am using ea 5.0. I would like to take advantage of the rtf document generation by creating my own style and manipulating the format settings there.

Is there a suggested approach to getting the format information? E.g.

\pard\plain \s1\sb240\sa60\keepn\widctlpar\outlinelevel0\adjustright\b\f17\fs36\cf9\kerning28\cgrid {#TEXT# \par }\pard\plain \widctlpar\adjustright \fs20\cgrid {\par}

is the default for Heading1. I am not familiar with this language. Is there a tool that will allow me to generate the appropriate string based on a format in my existing word documents?

thanks very much!

Yes, I was also wondering about the style stuff, as the documentation is pretty thin here.

For example, say I want to number heading1 and/or change the font-size for heading3, etc.

Not much of a help but if you really want to manipulate the rtf stuff you could start your research here:
