Title: text printed upside down

I have the last version (5) and when i print a diagram, the text is printed upside down.

Could it be that because EA is an Australian product it's printing "down under"?  ;D ;D

Seriously though, I've never heard of anything like it.  Did it suddently start doing it?  Have you printed sucessfully before?  Is ALL the text on a diagram upside down or just some?

before was printing ok, only the last times begin print upside down, the diagram its ok, but the text it's wrong. I try on another laptops, and all's printed wrong, only one desktop with windows 98 print ok, but I need install on my laptop, no on the desktop. Thanks of you answer.

Primero,

Does the problem happen on a newly created repository?  Start page

• Create a new Model...
  
  If not, then your project probably has some corruption.
  
  I'd try exporting using native XMI and re-importing to a newly created repository.

I'd recommend to check the printer driver.
Copy and paste a diagram from EA to Word. What happens?
Save a diagram as picture to disk. Check results.
Print the Word doc/saved diagram. Result?

Whit news projects it's the same problem.
in the desktop with win98 print ok, on the same printer. on the laptop with XP wrong.
if export to word print ok.

Looks really like a printer driver problem. Can you try with another printer (e.g. a PDF printer which you can download for free). I don't know of any option for EA to swap printing. Also copy/paste does seem to work correctly.
