Title: Definition of requirements in DOORS and EA
Post by: antropeter on October 13, 2007, 07:28:54 am
Hello All,

When we select 'Requirements Model' in EA's new project, it shows 'Functional Requirements' and 'Non Functional Requirements', and within each there are bunch of categories.

My question is, how do we define the requirements in DOORS so that when we import those requirements in EA it puts them in the correct place (like Functional requirements, etc).

Currently it just adds all of them into 'Requirements Model'.

Thanks!!

Hi there

We manually create the packages in EA corresponding to the modules we want imported and the DOORS hirarchy we use. Each module is then manually imported.

I'm pretty new to DOORS and EA but as far as I know, there is no better way of doing this.

(of course, we could as Sparx for a new feature ;) )
