Title: Sorting when adding a new package.

Hi, using EA 6.0.781

I have tools --> options --> object --> sort features alphabetically unchecked.

I have tools --> options --> general --> allow free sorting checked.

Yet, every time I add a new package to a list of existing packages, EA sorts it IN the list.  I can move the package once its been added, but I'd rather add a package and have it go at the end or at the start.

We're adding a bunch of packages, and it's annoying to have to keep moving them at the end, once we've added it.

Yes, sorting in the tree is a pain as soon as you take the default option off.

The only "workaround" I have found so far is to leave tree alone until contents of the package is in a stable state and reaarange the sorting then. But yes, I agree placing new items always in the end would make life esier.
