Title: Combing models from others into 1

hi,

Perhaps this has been covered before, but i could not find anything by searching for "combine".

How to combine the work done by other teammates into a consolidated model?

Perhaps this may not be the right way to do.

Perhaps the right way is to "check out" the required portion by the assigned teammate to work on. After that, "check in" once it is done.

In a nutshell, how to use EA in a team environment where the model can be used by different members? Can this be done? How?

Try searching for CVS, version control, cxontrolled package, and the like. It has been discussed here in broad.

You could have a look at 2 white papers http://www.sparxsystems.com.au/resources/whitepapers/index.html

The one about deployment describes different possibilities for a multi-user set-up. The one about version control is interesting if you choose to use a version control repository.
