Title: Shape Script in Profile
Post by: Kobus on July 21, 2006, 07:45:44 am
Is it possible to use shape script within / in combination with UML profiles? I know you can manually override the look of a stereotype with the shape script but can this be done automatically while loading / importing a profile?

Any thoughts?

Greetings,

Give your <<stereotype>> class an attribute named _image and click on the "..." button next to the Initial Value field for the attribute to launch the shape script editor.

Thanx.

Is there a overview of all these "hidden/special" attributes?

I was under the impression that there was a simple procedure to find the correct attribute for a given situation. Something along the lines of:My suggestion Jacob, is to start a Suggestion and Request thread, with a link to this thread. If enough of us get on board it might crawl up Sparx' prioity list. This could be a good time, since they will likely have to revisit the documentation for 6.5 and again for 7.0, both of which are likely for this year or a bit after.
