Title: Printing a Matrix Relationship when Oracle
Post by: carolmika on April 17, 2007, 05:00:19 am
Hi,
I would like to know if there is someone that is having the same problem as me...   ???

- We're creating relationships between elements using the Relationship Matrix functionality. For example: Relationships between Requirements and Use Cases.
- Then, to support this as report, we're creating some VBA macros that can read these relationships and them print it in Word as a User Acceptance Document.
- The command we're using is the "realizes" (eaElem.Realizes.GetAt)

Now, the problem: When we run it in an EAP repo, works fine... But when I run it on ORACLE database, EA cannot get elements using this relationship! Same Oracle content exported to EAP works perfectly on EAP, but not on Oracle!

Help me!!!!!!   :'(
Carol

Just a shot in the dark: Try running a consistency check on the ORACLE repository. There shouldn't be a difference in what the automation returns.  If you don't get any (more detailed) replies here raise a priority support request with Sparx.
