Title: Parameter Set Notation?
Post by: jeshaw2 on March 18, 2006, 06:41:43 pm
In Section 12.3.43, on page 431, figures 291 & 292, the OMG UML 2 Superstructure shows how to diagram Parameter Sets.  These may be on both the input and output side of the activity.

How do I diagram those in EA?  I can't find them on any tool box or Propertiy windows.  There is no mention of them in EA's help file either.

I guess not  :(

Too bad, they are useful for gathering differing pin sets based on alternative activity outcomes.

just had to do a model that requires parameter sets. i was really surprised when i noticed that EA isn't supporting such a significant feature (i.e., indicating an or relation between object flows in an activity diagram)

Another case in point that EA needs to get the basic modeling facility fixed.
