Hi buddies

Im looking for a Reference Model or Framework in EA

The EA example is fine to know many aspects and uses of artifacts and stuffs

Im looking for a reference model in order to define an standard way to model from bussines model thru technical specs in my organization

Does anybody knows abot it, open sources are welcomed

Much discussed on the board here. Try Search (yes, yes, a PITA). Further Google for ICONIX (also to be found on Sparx' site).
