Title: Diagram <--> Element List

A small feature or two that somehow got missed from the 7.1 Beta Release Notes.

You can now view a diagram as an Element List, and vice-versa, from the context menu. This is in the 7.1 Help (search for Element List in the index - fewer entries).

At some point soon, this will also be documented for the Automation Interface.

ALSO you now have the option of displaying the full provenance of an element's Tagged Values, either through the Tagged Values window or on the Feature Visibility dialog. This applies only to Tagged Values that you create from now on in Release 7.1 - it is not retroactive.

This is a neat feature.  

Also, although you still can't select multiple elements in order to make a global property change,  you can edit certain properties for elements in the list without bringing up the properties dialogue for each element !
