Title: Code generatin assotiation class

While creating an assotiation class and then generating code I didn't notice any difference between the generated cod eand the code I would get from just generating a normal assotiation (appart of a new class).

Am I missing something?

The code (and transform) templates don't currently know anything about association classes and therefore don't do anything different with them.

This is a feature we need to add at some point, but at this stage I can't say when.
