Title: Sequence Diagram

I have a basic question in sequence diagram.
In this diagram, how can I use Entities?Should I Use entity  from toolbox?Then how can I find the relation between this entity and it's table? Or Shoud I Drag table to this diagram, and change it's sterotype to Entity ?Then what's the usage of Entity in Toolbox?
