Title: RTF report and Hyperlink

I wants to create a rtf document with hyperlink to external document. I have created a custom diagram with a list of hyperlink, i want to transfert all my hyperlinks added on a table in the document generate. Is there a solution ?

Nb: I know that there is a hyperlink function in the Editing Template tool but we can not include element name (for example) in the hyperlink target.
