After sending several bugs and support requests to Sparx and some forum posts I haven't heard anything since. Is this just me or is there winter holiday season in down under?
Anybody else experienced that sort of delay or quietness?

My experience with the support of Sparx is that they are rather fast. Most of the time I get an answer within 2 business days.

That was also my experience over the last 2 years. However in the last 2-3 months this drastically changed. I did not get any response at all to the bug reports and support requests I had sent in (besides the automatic reply). And there were some issues included which had a high impact on our business.

I've raised a few issues in the last couple of weeks and have had timely responses.

I've changed my mind. I raised a couple of issues around end of June/beginning of July and have had no response. May be focus is on releasing the next build.
