Title: Life cycle presentation in EA

We have now a web system we use to document our life cycle in.
In this system we can say a process called ,for example, "Testing plan" begins when "High level desing" is at 90%. Then you can see in a Gant like graph that one process begins when the other is at 90%.

Any suggetsion how to do it, present it in EA?
