Title: Can't see associations after reverse engineering

Dear sirs,
I have a test java project consisting of several classes organized in 3 packages. After reverse engineering I see the whole package hierarchy, but when I add packages to Class View I can see only relationships between classes belonging to same package. There are now relationships between classes in different packages in Class View. Moreover, when I drag hierarchy to Sequence View, I see Class diagram again instead of Sequence diagram.
