Title: generate javascript code stubs from classes?
Post by: Robert McLaughlin on September 02, 2010, 03:30:19 am
Would anyone know if it is possible to generate javascript code stubs from the class diagram?  Plug-in? ...

If this is not possible, how about code converter from languages supported by EA code generator to javascript?

Thanks.

It's possible to write the code templates to do it, but I'm not aware of anyone who has.

Thank you for your prompt response.

Im making progress with the code generation templates.

I realize that this is only a one way process to generate the stubs.
Is there a way to change the import side behavior?

Regards.
Robert.

No, we don't currently offer support for modifying the reverse engineering process.  (Which also means that you don't get synchronization when you generate.)

Are there any plans to include Javascript as a supported language in the future for Enterprise Architect?

Thank you.  Great software.
