Title: EA perforrmance and t_snapshot error !!

Hi All,

EA repository connects to PostGre database & has around 25 concurrent users.  The EA is gradually getting slower (for some users it takes couple of minutes to drop a simple text box on a diagram). Secondly ll users are experiencing the t_snapshot (pk constraint error).

I have cleared Audit Logs but it only reduced database size (didnt had any impact on performance).

Any idea how to:
- Improve EA performance
- Resolve this bug of t_snapshot (pk key contraint).

Gurmit,

The first thing I would do is contact Sparx Support.
