Title: list numbering styles

I'm trying to follow the whitepaper's method for doing list numbering, but I cannot seem to get the list number style to be the same as the heading.  I highlighted the 'Package: {Package.Name}' and selected the list I wanted and it's fine but the I want them to have the same style.  The white paper shows this can be done, but does not explain too clearly how

You set each heading style in the Content panel of the Template Editor screen. Set the style using the Style drop-down field in the Template Editor toolbar.
