Title: How change order of messages in a seq. diag.?

I have a very simple question.
In a sequence diagram I have two messages M1 and M2 betwen system A and system B. M1 is before, i.e. above M2.
I want to change order, i.e. move M2 above M1 .
A simple click and drag wont let me do this.

Is there a flag I can unset or something. In very complicated sequence diagram i may have to rewrite a large part of it if i have made one simple mistake...

simple drag should work.
Is the diagram locked?
What happens if you try?

Simple drag will move the message and all messages below it, as a group. Alt+drag will allow you to move messages independently.
