Title: Upgrading to Version 10

I would like to re-vamp the project set up using version 9.3 wit SQL database. What do I need to do to start working with version 10? Simply install a 10 client and connect, or is there a database upgrade required?

No, no db upgrade between v9.3 and v10.

So yes, just install the client and GO!
