Title: HTML in Notes in RTF reports

Is there a way to deal with raw HTML in Notes in RTF reports?
I'm using fragments and custom queries (to create a test case report that only shows elements that have test cases).
I've noticed that the value of the Notes column values returned in my queries have HTML-like encoding (eg: "<i><u>If the user is a Supervisor</u></i> then the system...").
Is there any way to render the formatting (or strip the codes)?

I've seen a couple of similar questions. I believe at the moment any SQL based report has this issue.
