Title: insert Diagram in a section of the RTF template

Hi

I have a company template which i inserted into a new template in EA.

Now I hv sections in the company template as High Level Business Process Diagram and another section on Subprocesses.

How to insert the diagram from the package correspondingly into these sections? in other words, in the Project Browser, the diagrams are in one package but how to include them in these separate sections in the RTF template?

or say in a package of a particular business area of an organization i hv its business process models, requirements (functional, non-functional) etc.

how to include these in the respective sections of the company template...meaning from the same package - in the requirements sections - reqts should get added and in the business solution section of the template  - business process model should get added.

Hope you are getting an idea of what i am talking about here.

Let me know if need more clarification.

Normally Ian jumps in on these questions...

If you haven't done so already, have a look at EADocX.

It is absolutely ideal for the situation you describe.

Anything in the model, can be bookmarked to a specific location in the document. Then you can generated a current version of the document anytime you like.

It is very easy to use and gives you complete control of your word documents, without having to grub around with RTF exports.

Hi AndyJ & Ian

I did try the eaDocx extension - it worked out well.

Just a question - how can I add something which is in Diagram-->Properties-->Notes in the report/RTF document?
