Title: Getting Actions & Activity Diagrams in a Report

I would like to search a model for a given string and then get a report not only listing the actions that match the given string, but also the Activity diagram.

For example, I search for "Send email" throughout the model. The search yields many matches. I now want to not only see the action, last modified date, etc., but also the Activity Diagram(s) where a particular action is being used.
