Title: EA 12 Const Attribute

Where is the isConst checkbox in Attribute dialog?
I can't find it neither in EA 12, nor in the help files.

This option was missing in early builds of EA 12, but it was restored in build 12.0.1211.  Please update to the latest build of EA 12 and you should be able to access this property again.
