Title: Watermark in template does not appear in RTF

Our team added a watermark to a cover page template.  It looks fine in the template, but when we generate a document (RTF in this case), the watermark isn't visible in the generated document.  Does anyone know how to resolve this?

I don't know what version you're using. The watermark is automatically lightened when generating.

The version I'm using has an option to select an watermark image on the generation dialog and a checkbox to "wash" the image. Looks like it was added in 12.0.

I am using 11.1.1113.
Perhaps this is the trouble:  "If you choose an image that is already washed-out, no watermark is displayed at all."  I will try with a different image.

Well, that wasn't it.  I tried a couple different images (screen capture, another image I just had on my machine).  In neither case did the image show up at all in the generated document.

Actually, rereading the help file, I think it means the it is washed out or not displayed in the template.  The pictures I selected appeared as washed out in the template, I guess (they were not washed out originally), but they don't appear at all in the generated document.

my rely was a little liteweight, but born of having seen this issue raised many times and obviously not part of the vendor's strategy for engaging with customers.
