Title: Dead lock auto-remove

We have EA 11 with "Security" enabled and "Require User Lock to Edit" unchecked.
When user lock diagram and computer will crash (e.g. bluescreen) or put machine into sleep mode, the lock is still applied.

Is there any way to auto-remove this kind of locks?
Or make other users to be able to remove this kind of locks without "manage lock" permission?

Hmm, what do you think the manage locks permission is good for?

Anyhow, anyone can remove locks with a SQL (you even don't need EA for that). But if you want to enable anybody to remove locks, why not give them the manage locks permission?
