I would love to comment on the product, but the link you provided brings me to a website that only shows a movie; which puts me of right ahead.
I even tried visiting the http://www.rbdatatech.com, but that seems to be broken as well, no trace of a report generator for EA.

Hello, Report Developer,
  I have following requirement, Could you please make sure that your software can meet these requirements?
  I want to create a document from the ea project. And in this doc I need to have a special cover on which some user defined document variables(I invoke this concept from MS word file) like document name, author, project name, version and so on will be automatically put to some areas.
Next point is, on second page, we need to put a table of history which describes by whom and when this document is changed. Beside that we still need to create some categories for all the figures, tables and requirement keys like TOC(Table of Content).
The linked document should also be put to the final document.
Should I install ms word in advance?

Meanwhile I have downloaded your sample of BDG for EA, but when I start to generate Doc after loading files under config , I always get some XML consistency errors though the docx is finally created.

Did you use the example EA file I provided?

If you send me a sample EA file I can test the application locally and provide an update.

Send me also a sample word doc that you want to be the final format - I can investigate the changes needed to support your custom report.

XML problem is fixed.
