Title: Formatting text in Notes/Scenarios
Post by: thomaskilian on May 10, 2004, 04:25:46 am
Hi all,
I wonder if someone supports this request for being able to (minimally) format text within Notes, Scenario descriptions etc. I simply think of meta tags (like here in YABB) to mark text as bold, italic, probably size etc. Having this, it would make reading of the produced documentation much easier and I think it can be done (rather) easily.

Heya Thomas,

Yes, I agree, but...
I keep thinking that if such a feature was there, probably implemented by making the notes etc either rtf formatted or by as you suggest proprietry tagging, then we would have an opposite effect on the generation of comments in the generated code.

So 50 cents each way on this one!

Hi Bruce,
maybe you're right. I'm working the other end of the process and don't think very much about code. Probably I'll do it by myself and let a post processor do the formatting according to meta tags. Have to think about a more sophisticated solution then.
