This often happens to me:
I want to enter a bunch of attributes or operations. Often they are similar, so it would be cool if I could:
- enter one attribute/operation
- change it a bit
- save it again as new, not overwriting the first one
- and so on...

Just working like described by Thomas above. I also would like to have it this way! Furtheron: Save should always work this way. Anytime I add multiple attributes I happen to hit SAVE, enter the next attribute and press SAVE - oops. My previous attribute is overwritten! :-/ I missed to press NEW.
Wouldn't it be fine to have it work like described above. I remeber some previous complaints about this behaviour.

Probably Thomas S. and me are the only ones that enter new data as described above ??? I just missed this "Save as new" button again while entering new attributes for an enumeration (to name an example). Would be really conventient to have it!

Add my vote!
Also, needed is
- the ability to copy elements and features in the project browser using ctl-drag (say)
- the ability to have more than one copy of an element in a diagram (already mentioned elsewhere in this list and now specifically allowed in UML 2)
- the ability to drag features (including ctl-drag) from within diagram elements
- all of the above but with mulitple select
- did I mention multiple select

Add my vote for all of Sargasso's items
esp. more than one copy of an element.
I've come unstuck on a recent deployment modelling scenario - many of our servers are the same!

Add my vote for this suggestion

My vote too for Thomas' suggestion and a REALLY BIG VOTE for Sargasso's!!!!!!!
Why not just have 'normal' cut and paste (like Rose has, if I can remember back that far!)

Yes, this feature would really help a lot.

Initial request and sargasso's update would be a great usability improvement.

It's a pity, but this feature is still missing in EA 4.5.
I hope that it will be implemented soon.

Don't even think that I had the overwriting problem (ironic), but, please!!, add my vote
