Title: Sticky management tabs

Is there some way to make the order of the tabs in the managment panels persist from day to day.   I am working with acceptance and integratioon tests at the moment and move the two tabs to the LHS.  Every time I restatrt EA I have to rearrange these tabs.

Trivia I know - but its just one of the many things I have to do each morning before starting work.

But not sticky by Diagram ... that would be a real hassle. Just user-instance globally sticky.

That would fix just the consequences of the cause of the buzz: The tabs menu within the Properties dialog, which the user is enforced to use, is causing the noise (ugly extra mouse clicks).
A customizable context menu, or even better rip off menus would make for a rigorous solution.
