Title: Requirements Heirarchy

Provide the ability to automatically tag requirements so they can be easily identified by reference later. These could be by heirarchy or relative to naming template that could be created as the tagging method.

Was just browsing for something else, but the answer to your question is the use of profiles. I have defined a profile for issues and changes that automatically place according tags (like dateCreated, owner, history, a.s.o).
