Title: Duplicate button wanted.

I dont know about other languages but for C# I sure would like to see a "Duplicate" button on the class Operations |General tab.  

The desirted action would be to create an exact copy of the operation (including notes) and go straight to the parameters tab.

It would make creation of overloads so mush easier and faster.
